Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in admissions counseling or a similar role

Roles and Responsibilities

• Guide prospective students through the admissions process and provide information about our training programs
• Assist students in selecting the appropriate course or program based on their interests and goals
• Conduct informative and persuasive presentations to promote our academy to potential students
• Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and meetings to address their queries and provide support
• Track and maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and admissions
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth admissions process and provide exceptional customer service
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in admission requirements
• Participate in recruitment events, fairs, and workshops to attract potential students
