Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in networking. As a Technical Support In Networking, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective technical support to our clients, resolving networking issues, and ensuring smooth operations. Qualifications and Skills

• 3 to 6 years of experience in technical support in networking.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
• Experience in international voice process is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are a plus.
