Qualifications and Skills
- 7 to 10 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules, including but not limited to Financials, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management
- Proficient in Oracle development tools such as Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, PL/SQL, Workflow Builder
- Experience in Oracle EBS integration with third-party systems
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and provide technical solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience in full software development life cycle (SDLC) using Oracle EBS
- Certifications in Oracle EBS modules are a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand and gather business requirements
- Design, develop, and customize Oracle EBS solutions to meet client needs
- Perform technical analysis, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Oracle EBS applications
- Create technical design documents, test plans, and perform unit testing
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders
- Participate in system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle EBS technologies and industry trends
