- Increase in Authorized Share Capital, Private Placement , rights issue, bonus issue under
Companies Act, 2013
- Creation, satisfaction and Condonation of delay in filing charges.
- Alteration of MOA & AOA.
- Incorporation of Companies.
- FEMA Compliances wrt filing of FC-GPR, ARF and related RBI Compliances wrt FDI.
- Liaoning with ROC, RD, NCLT, Government Authorities
- Closure of Companies under FTE mode
- Preparation of all documents in relation to secretarial and FEMA since incorporation and
ensuring safe custody of the same.
- Drafting & vetting of Agreements.
- Convening Annual General Meetings.
- E-filling on MCA portal & E-BIZZ and other portals as may be required.
- Handling Due Diligence and coordinating with Legal Counsel, Auditors, Investors.
- Trademark Application, liasoning with Trademark Ministry.
- Handling & documentation of petitions to be filed

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
