Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive with a background in real estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing activities, with a focus on Below The Line (BTL) strategies. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of the real estate industry and proven experience in driving successful marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:


BTL Campaign Management:

Plan and execute Below The Line (BTL) marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement targeted BTL strategies, including events, roadshows, and other on-ground activities.



Content Creation and Collateral Development:

Develop compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and presentations, aligned with real estate industry standards.

Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and agencies to ensure high-quality materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of our real estate offerings.



Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities within the real estate sector.

Utilize market insights to develop targeted marketing strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.



Event Coordination:

Plan and coordinate real estate events, property launches, and promotional activities.

Ensure seamless execution of events, from planning to post-event analysis.



Relationship Building:

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, real estate agents, and industry influencers.

Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.



Budget Management:

Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for all marketing initiatives.

Monitor expenses, negotiate contracts with vendors, and seek cost-effective solutions.



Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in real estate marketing, with a focus on BTL strategies.

Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.

Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
