1. A Customer Support Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with a company's customers.
2. This role involves providing excellent customer service, clearing customer traffic, proper customer handling and ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our customers, redirecting their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.
4. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer support experiences through efficient and effective interactions.
5. Act as a conduit between customer and company for any issue resolution
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, WhatsApp, email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Resolving customer complaints by conveying customer problems to technical support team.
3. Act as a bridge of communication between technical support team and customers.
4. Conveying customer queries to technical team and conveying back to the customer after the problem is handled.
5. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Collaborating with other teams within the company to ensure that customer needs are met Requirement
7. Ability to handle difficult or emotional customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
8. Building rapport and relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
9. Gathering customer feedback and making recommendations for improving customer service.
10. Keeping up-to-date with the latest products and services offered by the company
11. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM).
12. A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Desired candidate profile:
1. Candidate with knowledge of hosting industry.
2. Look for both Fresher's & Experience.
3. Prior experience in customer support in Information Technology or other field preferably in IT services, computer hardware and telecommunication.
4. Graduates in any stream with no backlogs.
5. Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Tamil.
6. Should have good verbal communication skills.
7. Candidate's prime role will be assisting the customers through calls.
8. Required immediate joiners and somebody in Pondicherry or can relocate.
9. Strong analytical skills and ability to understand customer requirements.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
12. Maintain awareness of latest technologies.
13. Effective analytical and Strong problem-solving skills
