Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Pedicurist to join our team at VLCC Institute. As a Pedicurist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pedicure services to our clients. This is a full-time position located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in pedicure services.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Pedicurist, with 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Excellent knowledge of foot anatomy and common foot conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Up-to-date knowledge of nail care, nail trends, and sanitation best practices.
• Ability to recommend and upsell products and services to clients.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Professional appearance and grooming.
• Certification or diploma in Nail Technician or a related field is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality pedicure services to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort throughout the process.
• Assess the condition of clients' feet and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
• Perform nail shaping, cuticle care, and callus removal with precision and attention to detail.
• Apply nail polish or other finishes according to clients' preferences.
• Educate clients on foot care routines and recommend products for at-home maintenance.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper sterilization of tools and equipment.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques in pedicure services.
• Build and maintain rapport with clients to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
