Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team at VLCC Institute. As a Beauty Therapist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional beauty services to our clients. This is a full-time position with a Junior level experience requirement of 1 to 3 years. The job location is in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist, preferably in a salon or spa.
• Proficient in performing a variety of beauty treatments and techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of skincare products, makeup, and beauty trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with clients.
• Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform beauty treatments and provide personalized services to clients, including facials, massages, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments.
• Conduct client consultations to assess their beauty needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer the best recommendations and services to clients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and equipment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and professional ethical standards.
• Upsell beauty products and services to clients based on their preferences and needs.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with other beauty professionals and team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
