2. Maintain customer satisfaction scores above 90%.

4. Lead and develop the Slimming team to enhance performance and service delivery.

Job Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management:
1. Responsible for grooming, training, discipline, and welfare of Slimming staff.
2. Conduct recruitment, induction, and orientation of new Slimming staff as per SOPs.
3. Check attendance (plan for absenteeism), work allocation (Slimming bookings & distribution/rotation of work), manage weekly off days for Slimming staff.
4. Lead and develop the Slimming team to enhance performance and service delivery.
5. Conduct regular meetings with staff for sorting out grievances and taking suggestions for improvement. 6. Ensure cleanliness of the Slimming section, therapy rooms, salon. Supervise maintenance of all Slimming machines and inform CH /ACH and Corporate about Slimming machines requiring repair.
Customer Excellence:
1. Drive customer excellence by ensuring high standards of service by the Slimming team.
2. Ensure regular follow-up of clients and execution of packages within validity.
3. Address client concerns proactively and ensure client satisfaction.
4. Implement corporate policies and SOPs, conducting audits and reviews for compliance.
5. Liaise with the Corporate Office for updates, technical inputs, and stock availability.
6. Send required information to the corporate office, including the number of clients booked, completed packages, and Slimming efficacy reports.
Operational Excellence:
1. Ensure safe handling and maintenance of all equipment of the Slimming section.
2. Monitor and review progress of clients after each slimming session.
3. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the Slimming Department, promoting a positive work environment.
4. Monitor and ensure the consumption of products as per SOPs.
Sales Excellence
1. Responsible for achieving the sales and execution targets of Slimming Services
2. Improve sales of slimming packages through up-selling and cross-selling.
3. Ensure suitable corrective actions wrt all Unsuccessful Outcomes wrt clients (if required, escalate cases to the Corporate Technical team for prompt and timely assistance).
Reporting Structure
Reports to Centre Head.
Positions Supervised
Centre Slimming team including Dieticians, In-house Doctor, Slimming Therapist, Physiotherapists, Gym Instructor, Nurse.

Experience and Education
PhD / MSc. in Nutrition and Dietetics with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar field.
