Mission Statement

Outcomes and Accountabilities
1. Achieve monthly and yearly financial targets (revenue and profit margins) for the Beauty department.
2. Maintain customer satisfaction scores above 90%.
3. Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to SOPs.
4. Lead and develop the Beauty team to enhance performance and service delivery.

Job Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management:
1. Responsible for grooming, training, discipline, and welfare of beauty staff.
2. Conduct recruitment, induction, and orientation of new beauty staff as per SOPs.
3. Check attendance (plan for absenteeism), work allocation (beauty bookings & distribution/rotation of work), manage weekly off days for beauty staff.
4. Lead and develop the Beauty team to enhance performance and service delivery.
5. Conduct regular meetings with staff for sorting out grievances and taking suggestions for improvement.
6. Ensure cleanliness of the beauty section, therapy rooms, salon. Supervise maintenance of all Beauty machines and inform CH /ACH and Corporate about Beauty machines requiring repair.
Customer Excellence:
1. Drive customer excellence by ensuring high standards of service by the Beauty team.
2. Ensure regular follow-up of clients and execution of packages within validity.
3. Address client concerns proactively and ensure client satisfaction.
4. Implement corporate policies and SOPs, conducting audits and reviews for compliance.
5. Liaise with the Corporate Office for updates, technical inputs, and stock availability.
6. Send required information to the corporate office, including the number of clients booked, completed packages, and beauty efficacy reports.
Operational Excellence:
1. Ensure safe handling and maintenance of all equipment of the beauty section.
2. Study beauty cards of booked clients for planning appointments and conduct first skin analysis.
3. Ensure beauty cards are duly filled with client signature, comments, and photographs.
4. Monitor and ensure the consumption of products as per SOPs.
Sales Excellence
1. Responsible for achieving the sales and execution targets of Beauty Services
2. Improve RBS / Cross-selling of Slimming Packages.
Reporting Structure
Reports to Centre Head.
Positions Supervised
Centre Beauty team including Beauty Therapists/Hair stylists/Pedicurists/Dermatologists.
Compensation and Benefits

Experience and Education
Doctor/ Dermatologist/ Cosmetologist with additional qualifications in hair and skin. Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in related field.
