Job Title : Customer Care Representative
Industry : BPO/Call Centre
Work DESCRIPTION : Extend support customer as per defined SOPs
location : Work from Office (Noida Sec-1)
⦁ JOB PURPOSE:
Attending customer’s queries/complaints as per defined SOP through Inbound and Outbound Calls, CHATs and Emails. Precise training and on job experience shall be imparted time to time to help in meeting expectations. Objective is to create more employment scopes especially for Semi Skilled citizens.

EDUCATION : 10+2 & Above
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY : Good in English communication and writing
Work Experience : Fresher / Experience
GENDER: Both Male and Female can apply
OPERATION WINDOW: 8am – 9pm (9 Hours Window)
6 Days working, 1 Rotational Week off
Relocation: Should be a resident of Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad or ready to relocate.
