Skillset Excellent Comms in both English and Hindi - No MTI or RTI issue, grammatical or pronunciation errors, Candidate voice and accent should be clear while speaking Hindi/English

Qualification Should be +12 minimum

Experience Fresher or Minimum 6 months from BPO or Customer Support (Preferred).

Salary For WFO offered salary- ₹17000 CTC (Fresher) ₹18000 CTC (3-6 Months) -₹19000 CTC (>6 Months)

Shift Day for females till 9pm/ Rotational for males

7 days Guest house for candidates relocating from another state. Candidate from Delhi NCR – Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon and Haryana are excluded from this.

Ticket reimbursement ₹ 700 train ticket reimbursement for relocation candidates

Relocations Bonus One time Relocation Bonus to all WFO candidates as INR 10000 To be paid after Training in 2 instalments 5000 in 2 months. This is for candidates relocating to Gurgaon from another state.

Candidate from Delhi NCR – Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon and Haryana are excluded from this.
