- The person needs to be a customer champion and responsible for resolving all customer queries arising largely through emails. 

- Needs to speak to customers over phone occasionally in case of any escalations - Will need to have an in depth business knowledge to understand different business aspects

Experience: 

- Fresher to 2 years.
