Customer Resolution Executive – Email Process (Full-Time) (TOP PRIORITY)
Job Description: Our client is looking for self-motivated and energetic professionals who are ready to resolve all kinds of customer queries arising through emails. We are looking at Customer Resolution Champions who know what it takes to empathetically deal with customers and provide them with a resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle queries largely through emails.
● Deal with customer queries empathetically and patiently.
● For any escalations (occasionally) need to deal with customers through calls.
● Coordinate with internal teams to resolve various customer queries.
● Develop and improve existing processes for better handling. Skills Requirements:
● Graduate from any field.
● Fresher or up to 2 years of experience (in similar customer support/experience role)
● Strong written communication skills
. ● Empathetic, Patient and Calm headed
● Ready to work in a start-up/growing company with flexible working hours.
Job Type: Full-time Salary Range: Rs.15,000/month to Rs. 22,000/month (basis experience)
