Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal to join our team at VK TECHNOLOGY SERVICES. As a Principal, you will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to our organization. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• M.Arch with 60% marks at either level
• 17 years of Teaching Experience out of 8 years of full-time working experience
• Administrative skills to manage 50 faculty members and 500 students
• Ph.D Architecture is Desirable
• Understanding of Appropriate National and International accreditation work related to higher education
• Self Starter and driver of Management of Change
• Minimum 3-5 years in Senior Administrative/professor position in Architecture college

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the organization
• Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve organizational goals
• Provide guidance and support to the faculty members and staff
• Ensure compliance with national and international accreditation standards
• Manage and mentor the team to enhance their performance and professional development
• Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to promote the organization's mission and values
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and events
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the field of architecture
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment
