Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Loan Sales Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, managing the loan application process, and achieving individual sales targets. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of financial products and services,good communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition and Engagement

• Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including inbound and outbound efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, guiding them through the loan application process.
• Conduct needs analysis to offer the most suitable loan products.

1. Loan Sales and Processing

• Explain loan products, terms, and conditions to customers and assist them in completing the application.
• Work with underwriting teams to ensure loan applications are processed efficiently.
• Negotiate loan terms and pricing within defined guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. Target Achievement and Reporting

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by management.
• Track and report sales activity, loan pipeline, and forecasted closings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and company products.
