Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Junior Personal Assistant to join our team at V Job Consultancy. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the managers and executives of our company. This is a full-time position based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India, with a required experience level of 1 to 3 years.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Leadership skills
• Experience in event planning is a plus
• Willingness to travel

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the schedules and appointments of managers and executives
• Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences, and business travel
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
• Screen and direct phone calls and emails
• Assist in event planning and coordination
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
