Respond to member inquiries and requests through phone, email, and chat channels.


Provide accurate and timely information regarding the process


Issue Resolution:

Investigate and resolve member issues and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.


Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution.


Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and resolve member issues.


Quality Assurance:

Ensure adherence to customer support standards and guidelines.


*Skills required*:

Proven experience in customer support or a related role, preferably in a blended process environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of customer interaction
