We are hiring for the role of Customer Care Executive at V Job Consultancy, a leading BPO company. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Knowledge of blended process, chat process, and BPO operations
• Proficiency in using customer service-related tools and software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
