i. Program Management ii. Project management iii. Excellent understanding on TQM, Six Sigma, Lean management and should be certified on Lean Six Sigma Green belt or Black belt iv. Financial analysis v. Should have excellent hands on working knowledge on MS Office tools (Excel, Advance Excel & PPT is a must) vi. Should have Good analytical ability ( Analytical Mind-set ), Problem solving ability vii. Sound Knowledge about the operations in 3PL industry (Transportation, Warehouse and Stores & Linefeed activities) viii. Ability to work & deliver under pressure and excellent time management skills Job Description: i. Manage end to end Program/ Project Management cycle including reporting & trouble shooting ii. Driving improvements through deployment of Automation ( IOT, AI, VR, AR, AGV ) & Mechanization iii. Drive productivity improvement projects across WH, SLF sites leading to bottom line improvement in operations iv. Conceptualize KPI's to measure, track & benchmark performance in various aspects of the business v. Developing plan for improvement and taking operation excellence at higher levels around key areas like Cost, Technology, Productivity etc vi. Work closely with Ops team to identify & execute the improvement plan vii. Coordinate with Business heads to lead strategic initiatives viii. Management reporting on required frequency ix. Support in Pre Sales activities x. Carryout Process Improvement projects at Operation sites applying Lean & Industrial industry
