4.     Be able to understand the nature of clients’ issues and resolve them timely and efficient manner.

5.     Maintain the accurate records of daily communication and issue resolve.

6.     Responsible for resolving the client issue via live chat, email & phone.

7.     Good Knowledge of SQL and MYSQL is required.
