Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Human Resources (HR) professional to join our team at Vispan Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The position is based in Rajkot and requires 1 to 3 years of work experience in HR. This is a full-time role where the selected candidate will play a key role in managing various HR functions and ensuring that we attract, retain, and cultivate talent aligned with our organizational goals.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR roles, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Proven skills in training and development to foster a learning culture within the organization.
  • Experience in managing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and fair employee remuneration.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance and the ability to implement policies that meet legal requirements.
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution skills to mediate and resolve workplace issues effectively and amicably.
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) for efficient HR management and reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of employees.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct full cycle recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing grievances and mentoring staff to foster a positive work environment.
  • Oversee performance management activities, including appraisals and development plans.
  • Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure equity and competitiveness.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements and industry standards.
  • Resolve workplace conflicts through effective mediation and conflict resolution techniques.
  • Maintain and manage HR Information Systems (HRIS) to streamline HR operations and reporting.
