Job Overview


We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities. This is a full-time position based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. The successful candidate will have less than 1 year of experience in business development or a related field.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong customer relationship management skills

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales objectives
  • Track market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales progress and market insights
