Technical Experience: 

·       Candidate should have min 1 E2E implementation, rollout project and support project.

·       Preferably candidate should have 6-8 years of SAP PP Experience. Should have worked on at least one project on S4/HANA.

·       Knowledge of BOM, Routing, Production Line and Work Center configuration

·       Knowledge in the area of Automobile industry – Mold / Paint and Assembly.

·       Automation – using barcode system in Picking and Production Reporting.

·       Knowledge of IDOC processing in production area.

·       Professional Attributes:

·       Ability to build from good relationships with clients/operational managers and colleagues

·       Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

·       Good Team management skills and work closely with other peers

·       Willing to travel to customer sites across the world and should have valid passport

Key Responsibilities:

·       Definition of Item Master attributes related to Production area

·       Production Line Setup related master data, unit per hour, sequence etc.

·       Production Planning parameters and MRP configurations

·       Effectively and efficiently manage the production of the required daily/weekly/monthly

·       Meeting quality and delivery expectations, minimizing costs where possible and ensure the required best working practices are maintained at all times

·       Maintain Production Schedule, work order, customer plan basis.

·       Production Capacity Planning and Material Requirement Planning

·       Master Schedule and Production Schedule Planning and update Production data.

·       Picking Logic from Raw Material WH

·       Backflush Process and Raw Material Consumption - FIFO

·       Measuring Productivity and Efficiency

·       Down Time Calculation

·       Production Quality control – Rejection, Rework and Scrap Process.

·       Drive process improvements on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by appropriate data analysis

·       Lot Serial Tracking

·       Labor / Burden / OH costing to manage budget

·       Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems

·       Report on achievement of targets and identify any actions required

·       Tracking of Manufacturing Variance report and appropriate action based on variances
