We are looking to hire Area Sales Manager in Uttar Pradesh (Lucknow, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Varanasi, Ghaziabad & Gorakhpur), New Delhi (NCR), Bihar (Patna, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur & Gaya), Odisha (Bhubaneshwar, Cuttak & Rourkela), Chhattisgarh (Raipur, Raigarh, Bhilai, Bilaspur & Jagdalpur) to expand the team in sales and business development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales activities within the assigned region. Responsibilities: As an Area Sales Manager, you will lead and manage sales activities within your designated geographic area. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market share. This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

In Details: The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned area. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the retailers and wholesaler base and increase market penetration. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Provide sales training, coaching, and support to the sales team to enhance their performance and productivity. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to management, outlining sales performance and growth opportunities. Travel within the assigned area to meet with customers, attend industry events, and conduct sales meetings as needed. Good command of the regional language. Graduates/Undergraduates with a proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Job Location: Above Mention Cities Salary Range: 18k - 35k Per Month [2.20lpa to 4.20lpa]
