We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VISA Counsellor to join our team at VisionWay IELTS and Immigration Pvt. Ltd. As a VISA Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance to students and individuals seeking to study abroad. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Mohali, Punjab, India, and is a full-time role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience as a VISA Counsellor or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of visa regulations and policies for various countries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to convince and influence people
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Proficient in documentation and attention to detail

Roles and Responsibilities

• Guide and counsel students and individuals on the visa process for studying abroad
• Assist clients in preparing the required visa documentation
• Keep up-to-date with visa regulations and policies of various countries
• Provide accurate and reliable information about study programs and institutions
• Assess and evaluate student profiles to determine the best-suited study options
• Coordinate with universities, colleges, and immigration authorities
• Maintain and update client records and ensure confidentiality
• Handle visa application submissions and follow-up on visa approval status
• Resolve any visa-related issues or concerns of clients
• Keep track of immigration laws and regulations to provide effective guidance
