Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VISA Counsellor to join our team at VisionWay IELTS And Immigration Pvt. Ltd. As a VISA Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive guidance and assistance to clients regarding visa processes and immigration requirements. This is a full-time position based in Patiala, Punjab, India, and is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in visa counselling.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in visa counselling or related field
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Thorough knowledge of immigration issues and visa requirements
• Proficient in documentation and visa filing processes
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Adaptability and willingness to learn

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and counseling to clients regarding visa processes and immigration requirements
• Assist clients in understanding the necessary documentation and paperwork for visa applications
• Prepare and review visa application forms, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with government agencies and external stakeholders to facilitate the visa process
• Stay updated with the latest immigration policies, regulations, and procedural changes
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and visa application progress
• Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve visa counselling processes and services
