Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop customized ICT infrastructure solutions.
• Conduct in-depth technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of our products and services.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals and solution architectures that align with client needs and industry best practices.
• Provide expert advice and guidance during the pre-sales process to support clients in making informed decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and project management, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (4+ Years) in a presale role, specifically in ICT infrastructure solutions
• Strong technical knowledge of networking, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud computing, and related technologies.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client requirements and design appropriate solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, VMware VCP) would be advantageous.
