We are looking to hire Mac Technicians at multiple locations to join our Services team. These positions will be a part of our talented Services team. Join our team and be a part of our growth story.
Requirement
- Relevant experience with knowledge of Mac systems
- Well-versed with Apple Repair policy as well as Apple KPIs
Responsibilities:
- Working as a Field Service Engineer for customers at Enterprise locations.
- Performing diagnosis of Apple Mac system.
- Troubleshooting Apple Mac systems issues proactively.
- Analysing the cause of system failure and replacing failed components, if any.
Skills
- Efficient communication and Presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of MAC OS
- Updated knowledge of hardware along with relevant troubleshooting skills
