Our company is looking for a dynamic Event Manager who can oversee and manage all aspects of our international events, including those in the IT procurement industry.
Responsibilities:
- Event Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive event strategy that caters to international locations, aligning with the goals and objectives of the company.
- End-to-End Event Management: Plan, execute, and oversee all aspects of corporate events, from conceptualization to post-event evaluation.
- Vendor and Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners, ensuring the highest quality of services and cost-effective procurement.
- Budget and Finance: Manage event budgets effectively, ensuring cost control and reporting on expenditures.
- Logistics and Operations: Coordinate logistics for international events, including travel arrangements, accommodation, event setups, and transportation.
- IT Procurement Industry Expertise: Utilize your experience in the IT procurement industry to create events that resonate with industry professionals, including networking opportunities and industry-specific content.
- Quality Control: Oversee the quality and delivery of events, ensuring that they meet high standards and deliver the intended impact. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks during event planning and execution.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: 5+ years of successful event management experience, including organizing events in multiple international locations.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the IT procurement industry is a bonus, allowing you to understand the specific needs and preferences of industry professionals.
- Global Perspective: A deep understanding of global event trends, logistics, and cultural nuances.
- Vendor Management: Strong vendor and supplier management skills, with the ability to negotiate and maintain productive relationships.
- Budget Management: Effective budget management skills, ensuring cost control and efficient use of resources.
- Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail, ensuring all aspects of events are executed flawlessly.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
Salary Bracket: 8 LPA - 10 LPA
Experience:
- Total Experience requiered: 5+ Years
- Event Coordinator: 2 years (Minimum Required)
- Event Manager: 2 years (Minimum Required)
