Job Description:

 Performing sheet metal Component feasibility study.

 Involved in Design and detailing for Press tool.

 Designing of die layout for stage and progressive tool

 Creating of Drawings 2D & 3D and Bill of Materials.

 Creation of Final Drawings for die element and Assembly Detail.

 Engineering standards followed by selection of Raw Material for the

required products Creation of Bill of Materials for Raw material,

Individual Components and Assembly.

 Designing of press tools like as Blanking, Piercing, Restricting, Forming,

Bending and Progressive press Tools.

 Through knowledge in GD & T.

 Leading all activities of tool design & development from conceptual

through detail phases, post design support to development & Proving.

 Designing Tool for critical press parts. (High tolerance)

 Designing progressive die & multi stage tool Essential Responsibilities.

 Expert on 3D modelling (Cimatron software knowledge added

advantage)
