Role: Academic Counsellor (Inside Sales Representative)

a) CTC - Rs.5,00,000/annum (3.6 fixed + 1.4 variable) to Rs.6,00,000/annum (4.2 fixed + 1.8 variable)

c)Job Responsibilities -

- Handle inbound leads, encouraging trial classes.

- Build strong relationships with students and parents to grasp their unique learning needs.

- Match students with appropriate tutors based on individual requirements.

- Create tailored educational packages for each student.

- Proficiently utilize CRM tools for lead management and sales streamlining.

- Consistently meet monthly sales targets as set by the company.

- Enhance sales pitches and strategies to contribute to overall sales performance.

- Collaborate with tutors and the academic team to maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.

d)Eligibility Criteria -

-Graduate Must

- Strong English communication skills.

- Previous internship experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.

e) Work Timings & Location :

- In office Location @ Alwarpet

- Monday to Saturday

- Timings - 4 pm to 1 am or 10pm to 7am
