Hiring Senior Accountant Position in our leading Consulting pvt ltd @ Chennai Nandhanam

Qualification : B com / M com / MBA Finance

Designation: Senior Accounts

Experience:4+ Yrs (Relevant Experience Corporate Accounts) 

Skills: Decent in English Communication Skills/ Tally ERP/Prime/ GST Filing /TDS Return/ITR/ BRS/ AP/AR/General Ledger/ Payroll/ General accounting with Admin 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handling Day-to Day Accounting and Book-keeping

2. Preparation & Maintenance of all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments

3. Handling Petty Cash expenses and records

4. Preparing Weekly Bank and Cash position statement

5. Calculation & Deduction of TDS in Vendor payments

6. Monthly Bank Reconciliation, Payment Follow-up and Collection

7. Monthly GST working and GST filing

8. Quarterly TDS filing

9. Preparing MIS Reports

10. Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors

11. All bank and banking related activities including handling FOREX transactions

12. Assisting in Budgeting exercise for entire organization

13. Assist in Preparation of Balance Sheet, P & L Statement

14. Working closely with Auditor firm for finalization of company accounts

15. Salary Computation, PF, ESI challan preparation and payments

16. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

17. Audit Support: Prepare necessary documentation and support external auditors during financial audits to ensure compliance with auditing standards.

18. Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.

19. Must be a team player and a hard worker

Strong knowledge in Accounting software like zoho book/ Quick book/ Tally Prime.

Salary:38 K -42 K T.H

Dayshift: 9.30 am- 6.30 pm / Sunday Week-Off

Work Location: Chennai Nandhanam
