Hiring Experience Candidate For Tool Designer Engineer Position in our leading Stamping Pressing & Auto-component Manufacture Industry Chennai thiruvallur.

Designation: Tool Designer Engineer

Qualification: Diploma & B.E & B.Tech (Mech/Automobile/ Aeronautical)

Experience : 2-3 Yrs (Tool Designer with Autocad 2 D 3 D)

Skillset: Decent Communication skills / Mail Drafting / Strong knowledge in Catia Version 4 & 3D modelling (Cimatron software knowledge added advantage)/ Auto Cad 2d/ Technical tool designe knowledge tools spartpart/Machine part .

Job Description:

Ø Performing sheet metal Component feasibility study.

Ø Involved in Design and detailing for Press tool.

Ø Designing of die layout for stage and progressive tool

Ø Creating of Drawings 2D & 3D and Bill of Materials.

Ø Creation of Final Drawings fordie element and Assembly Detail.

Ø Engineering standards followed by selection of Raw Material for the required products Creation of Bill of Materials for Raw material, Individual Components and Assembly.

Ø Designing of press tools like as Blanking, Piercing, Restricting, Forming, Bending and Progressive press Tools.

Ø Through knowledge in GD&T.

Ø Leading all activities of tool design & development from conceptual through detail phases, post design support to development & Proving.

Ø Designing Tool for critical press parts. (High tolerance)

Ø Designing progressive die & multi stage tool Essential Responsibilities.

Ø Expert on 3D modelling (Cimatron software knowledge added advantage)
