Fresher / Experience: 1-2 Yrs (Telecaller / Telesales in outbound call) 

skills: good in english/ written & Oral / ms-office/ call convincing skills/ sales knowledge / 

computer skills/ quick learner

language: Kannada/Telugu/Malayalam/ hindi/ Tamil

Salary: 15 K Takehome+ Incentive / For Experience: 18 K- 20 K Takehome + Incentive

Job Description:

Contact customers to remind them of pending loan payments and overdue accounts.

Negotiate repayment plans and provide assistance with payment issues.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.

Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

Exhibit strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

walkin interview Monday - Saturday 10 am - 4 pm

Job Timings: 9am to 6pm

Week off: 6 week off in a month
