Walkin interview For Billing & Quantity Surveyor (Male Candidate)!!!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze project cost estimates and budgets.

• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.

• Prepare and submit bills of quantities (BOQs) for project approval.

• Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports regularly.

• Assist in the procurement of materials and subcontractors.

• Evaluate contractor and subcontractor claims and variations.

• Conduct site visits to assess work progress and quality.

• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project delivery within budget.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Billing & Quantity Surveying, or related field.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying and billing in the construction industry.

• Proficiency in quantity surveying software such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other estimation tools.

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost estimation.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.

• Understanding of Indian construction regulations and standards.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
