JD for .Net Team Lead

-> KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Technical leadership of the development team and implement solutions to deliver high-quality application software.

- Analyse, plan, and create a schedule for projects.

- Follow the Secure Software Development Lifecycle model to deliver applications in an agile way.

- Conduct performance reviews of team members and help grow and coach them.

- Establish and implement training processes for all technical personnel.

- Assign and oversee daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all team members are actively working towards defined milestones.

- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for all team members.

- Ensure delivery of product/projects in a timely manner

- Hold regular technical team meetings to help address any questions or challenges regarding upcoming projects.

- Establish software engineering tools, standards, and processes.

- Develop code in .NetCore, Angular, Azure and SQL technologies.

- Create CI/CD pipeline using various tools as per project requirement

- Be a subject matter expert for the development team in specified technologies.

- Conducting functional, architectural, and security code reviews

- Communicate with the business team to finalise requirements.

- Conduct technical scope of business requirements and estimate the effort required to build them.

- Deploy code to production.

- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience with Team & Project Management

- Fluent in spoken English and able to take part in meetings and discussions with clients and other stakeholders.

- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to guide junior team members.
