• Must have retail banking experience in deploying contact center solutions.
• Should have experience in Salesforce CRM/MS Dynamics 365/Any other CRM rollout for the contact center.
• Strong proficiency in English, Client handling, and business skills.

• Should have banking experience in deploying contact center solution
• Preferred experience of a person with skills in SalesForce or MS Dynamics 365 rollout for contact center

• Vendor demo
• Review and feedback on vendor RFP submission
• RFP scoring
• Vendor recommendations
• Preferred techno-functional skills but strong proficiency in business skills.
