Field Sales Agent - Job Description

Our Health Plans make healthcare more affordable by offering discounted medical services along 

with Health Insurance to customers. Treatment for day-to-day medical issues (like cough, headache, pain) is discounted or free at our medical centres, while Health Insurance covers larger expenses like hospitalizations. Our plans offer more benefits than traditional insurance while being 20-40% cheaper, making it a popular choice among customers. 

What will you be doing?

We are hiring Executives to be part of our Field Sales team, selling our Health Plans. Upon joining, you will undergo 7 days of classroom training and 7 days of on-the-job training to understand our products and services. After training, you will be assigned a territory and a monthly sales target. This position is on company payroll. 

What will you earn? 

• A fixed salary (INR 25,000 to INR 35,000) 

• 20% of the revenue you earn as incentives, every month (Top executives earn >INR 30,000 

monthly)

What qualifications should you have? 

• At least 1 year of field sales experience, with experience in Insurance, NBFC, or banking 

products preferred 

• Proficiency in Kannada and English
