Job description

ROLE: Business Development Executive (reporting to head-office)

LOCATION :Varanasi,Uttar Pradesh

SALARY: 15,000 INR to 30,000 INR

GENDER: Only Female Candidates Required

JOINING: Immediate joiners preferred.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive

to join our team. In this role, you will support our Business Development team in driving

growth, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening client relationships.

This position offers hands-on experience, where you'll gain valuable insights into market

research, sales strategies, and client engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Researching the Market:

● Findoutwhat’shappeninginourindustry, understand what competitors

are doing, and see what potential customers might need.

● Identify newopportunities and trends that could help our company grow.

2. Finding and Reaching New Clients:

● Helptheteamgeneratenewleadsthroughsocial media, emails, calls, and by attending industry events.

● Buildandmaintainalist of potential clients who would benefit from our products or services.

3. Engaging and Building Relationships:

● Assistwith initial outreach to potential clients and partners to introduce them to our company.

● Supporttheteaminbuildingandmanagingrelationships to help keep clients interested and engaged.

4. Helping Develop Sales Strategies and Processes:

● Work with the sales and business development teams to create effective strategies to win clients and improve how we work.

● Help design work flows that make our sales efforts smoother and more organised, such as templates for emails and processes for following up with clients.

5. Supporting the Sales Team with Materials:

● Prepare customised presentations, proposals, and other documents to help the sales team connect with clients.

● Create content like case studies or testimonials to showcase the value of our services.

6. Updating Client Records:

● Keepour CRM(CustomerRelationshipManagement)systemup-to-date with accurate details about each client.

● Use data to spottrends, check howwell we’re doing, and help the team make decisions based on insights.

7. Collaborating with Other Teams:

● Workwithteamslikemarketing, product, and customer success to make sure we’re all aligned in our goals.

● Share insights with these teams to help improve our products, marketing, and customer service.

8. Creating Reports and Analysing Performance:

● Assist in preparing regular reports to track our progress and key metrics, like leads generated and deals closed.

● Helpevaluatewhichstrategies are working best and suggest improvements.

9. All other Business Development related duties and activities as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

2. Data entry skills.

3. Strong attention to detail.

4. Excellent organisational and communication skills.

5. Knowledge of policies and regulations.

6. Good problem-solving capabilities.
