Work Location: Koyambedu, Chennai, Tamilnadu

Travel job long-distance journeys in Sleeper coach AC bus along with passengers and make sure for a smooth journey to the passengers. ( 8 - 14 hours journey )

Shift starts after 6 pm every day.

Only Males can apply, Must speak fluent Tamil and English

Freshers and experience can apply

Min 10th/SSC, Inter or any Diploma, Degree can apply.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Client Company as a Bus Captain. You will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our Passengers. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and is suitable for freshers with less than 1 year of experience.

Only for Males, Age: 19 - 30 max

Experience: 0 - 3 years freshers and experience can apply

More suitable if you have experience in travel tourism or the hospitality Industry.

Work Location: Koyambedu, Chennai, Tamilnadu

Filed work travel long distance in AC sleeper Coach AC buses

Salary: 2 LPA - 2.5 LPA + Incentives

The night shift starts after 6 pm.

For other locations, we need 3 people for each place who can join immediately

Coimbatore, Madurai, and Nagercoil in Tamilnadu locations.

Work Profile:

· Responsible for spot bookings and keeping daily accounts of the same.

· Traveling by bus and coming back the next day (8 to 14 hours travel time).

Flexibility to work varying hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays

· Owning the responsibility of boarding the passengers on our buses.

· Reaching allotted bus boarding point on time and assisting passengers in reaching their respective seats.

· Ensuring facilities on the bus are as promised to our customers hence maintaining a daily checklist.

· Calling passengers if they don't arrive on time and guiding them to the boarding point.

· Assisting passengers concerning their needs and promised amenities during the journey.

Involving all the stakeholders to highlight the issues and improve the passenger experience.

Qualifications

· Excellent verbal communication skills with proficiency in English and Tamil languages

· Experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage

· Ability to manage time and meet schedules effectively

· Flexibility to work varying hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays

· Good understanding of traffic rules, safety regulations, and other relevant laws

· Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports

· Excellent customer service skills

· Minimum of a high school, diploma or equivalent
