Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Vindhya E-Infomedia Pvt.Ltd. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of junior professionals and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of junior professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans
• Monitor team performance and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle
• Maintain effective communication channels with team members, stakeholders, and management
• Track and report project progress, including key milestones and deliverables
• Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize team efficiency and productivity
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
