Job Overview

Vincita Technology is seeking a Production Associate to join our team. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the production and assembly of our solar lanterns, solar inverters, and other electrical products. This is a full-time position located in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. We are looking for a talented individual with less than 1 year of experience and a strong background in electrical and electronic manufacturing.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
• ITI certification in electrical or electronics
• Knowledge of electrical wiring and electronics assembly
• Ability to use basic hand tools and soldering equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Previous experience in production or manufacturing is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the production and assembly of solar lanterns, solar inverters, and other electrical products
• Follow manufacturing instructions and guidelines to ensure product quality
• Perform quality control checks to identify and resolve any defects
