Job Overview

We are hiring a Plant Manager to oversee and manage the operations of our aluminum wire rod manufacturing plant. This is a full-time position based in East Delhi, Delhi, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a plant management role
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and supervise a team
• Degree in Engineering or related field is preferred
• Proven track record in improving plant performance and efficiency
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience in the aluminum or metal industry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor production processes and productivity to meet quality and quantity targets
• Implement and maintain efficient manufacturing processes
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth plant operations
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team
• Supervise and train plant staff to ensure a high level of performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues
• Optimize plant performance by identifying areas for improvement
