Job Description: NON- IT Recruiter

An ideal candidate will be a people person and champion in proactively solving customer queries/ issues. He/she will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
● Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
● Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the job requirements and organizational fit.
● Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the company.
● Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
● Conduct reference checks and background screenings to verify candidates' qualifications and work history.
● Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
● Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition sources.
● Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and changes in employment legislation.
● Assist in conducting new employee orientations and onboarding activities.
● Provide support in other HR-related tasks and projects,
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in HR or related field.
● Proven work experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
● Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
● Strong sourcing skills and experience utilizing various recruitment channels.
