Job Summary:

As a Non-IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for positions across various departments within the organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing:

• Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

1. Screening and Assessment:

• Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

1. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and expectations.
• Provide regular updates on the status of open positions and collaborate on the selection process.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Collect feedback from both parties and facilitate the decision-making process.

1. Job Offers and Negotiation:

• Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

1. Maintaining Recruitment Data:

• Keep accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and activities.
