JOB TITLE: Inside Sales Representative
LOCATION: JP Nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka
Sales Outreach:
· Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospects.
· Effectively communicate product or service offerings and value propositions.
· Build and maintain rapport with potential customers.
Fixing Meetings at Site & Quotation:
· Try to understand the requirements and quote accordingly with pier approvals.
· Fixing Meetings if Clients asking/Or there is need for site visit before quoting.
· Address customer questions and objections.
· Customize sales pitches to match customer needs
Sales Closure:
· Close sales deals and meet or exceed sales quotas.
· Negotiate pricing and terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
· Create and send sales contracts and proposals.
CRM Management:
· Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
· Track all sales activities, leads, and opportunities.
· Generate reports on sales performance.
Customer Relationship Management:
· Provide exceptional customer service and support.
· Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
· Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services when appropriate.
Market Research:
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
· Share market insights and feedback with the sales and marketing teams.
Documentation:
· Maintain accurate records of Quotes/Estimates and sales activities and customer
interactions.
· Prepare and submit regular/Daily/Weekly sales reports.
