Job Overview

The Store Associate will assist in the day-to-day operations of the storage facility, managing raw materials, tools, and equipment used for business operations. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring the efficient movement of goods in and out of the store, and supporting the overall efficiency of the supply chain process.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0 – 2 years of experience in warehouse/store management or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to [X] lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management software.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage inventory by tracking stock levels, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of goods.

• Prepare and stage materials for dispatch to internal departments or external vendors.
• Update and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store, ensuring a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers when necessary regarding deliveries or returns.
