Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the factory to ensure efficient production, quality control, safety compliance, and cost-effective processes. Leads cross-functional teams to meet production targets and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Any Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Proven experience of 6 to 8 years in retail operations, preferably in the beauty and skincare industry. Solid understanding of retail metrics and KPIs, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall factory operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the factory team.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance to senior management.
• Coordinate with supply chain and planning teams for smooth workflow.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices.
