Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Associate - E-Commerce to manage and optimize our presence on quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product listings, managing promotions, and ensuring seamless operations on these platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on quick commerce platforms such as [Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Dunzo, etc.].
• Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment.
• Analyse sales performance, trends, and consumer behaviour to optimize listings and promotions.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns to boost sales and visibility.
• Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback on the platforms, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Co-ordinate with the Finance team for Monthly re-conciliation
• To work on Odoo ERP (Creating Sale orders, Internal Transfers etc.)
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quick commerce.

Key Requirements:

• Freshers with Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
